Video

"Video (from Latin, "I see") is the technology of processing electronic signals for representing moving pictures." (Wikipedia, 2005).

 

The first official introduction of video was in USA in 1951.
 

Library and Information Science (LIS) focus on issues related to classification, indexing, searching and specific aspects of the use of videos whether automated or "manually".
