Please note that hotel bookings are made on a personal basis and may be done via several hotel booking websites (such as www.hotels.com, www.booking.com, www.hoteltravel.com and more).
The danish organisers have kindly identified a number of hotels located near the city centre and the meeting places - see the map below. 

In order to effectively plan your trip to Copenhagen and to ensure you have an inexpensive and centrally located hotel, we strongly encourage you to book your hotel as soon as possible. Due to the EU-chairmanship, other congresses and the start of the tourist season, hotels in Copenhagen are busy in May.
